- Scratch the security foil on the reverse of the voucher to reveal the unique 16-digit recharge Code.
- Call the Sun Direct helpline number.
- Identify yourself by subscriber ID or STB Number or Mobile number
- Inform your 16-digit recharge card number
- Your account is automatically loaded with the viewing value as per the amount of the recharge card.

your sundirect dth is very worst. Because I bought recharge coupon last week but I didn’t recharge till now. The shopkeeper told me to call 1800 200 7575. But that line is any time busy. So I tore the card and throw away. Today single sms can recharge our cell phone account But your sundirect recharge card? Finally I say Your recharge card is not easy to recharge our customers account. So erase that words in your website. Thank You
very sorry to say that your service is very poor. when i call ur call centre , they say that we can pay and recharge for 6mths together, but the channels get deactivated exactly onthe previously paid date. everymonth we cannot keep calling u people to do the recharge inspite of payin gthe subscription for 6 months.
i require a reply immediately and also my account be recharged immediately as there is balance in my account for the following channels

sundirect dish installed in my flat at thiruvanmiyur stopped receiving signal from 25-04-2009.I dialled your ph.no.044-39407575& tollfree no. several times.but i could not get connection.atlast on 10th may i got connection.i told the person attending the phone my problem.he instructed me to try manual scan,reset factory default etc.no signal yet.he then told me that alignment of dish is disturbed & asked me to contact the dealer from whom i bought the dish.the dealer told that they only sell & do not repair/service.finally he asked me to contact radiant enterprises on ph. no.24353331.i dialled the ph.no.several times. on 14th may i could get connection.i was told one person would come on the same day evening and do the servicing.no one turned up.again i dialled on 15th & 16 may.no response.in this connection i wrote a letter to your corp. office at nehru nagar on 19th may.on 26th & 27th may i complained by e mail.now i request you get the dish aligned & restore signal or get the dish removed from my home. my smart card no:r40248330439.my ph. no.:044-24511030.i had recharge valid upto 17th may.
no change required pl.the above remains.

SUN DIRECT SERVICE IS WORST..OF THE WORST SERVICE IN INDIA.PLZ……DONT BUY THIS SERVICE……THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY…..NO RESPONSE..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE……RECHARGING THE COUPON IS A HEAD ACHE…PROCES…EVEN YOU ARE EDUCTED…THEN THINK ABOUT UNEDUCATED..FELLOWS….SO DONT BUY SUN DIRECT……THEY ARE TELLING LIES…..

since May 24th i tried to recharge my account till now it is not done. all the lines are busy.better you stop your service and give us our money back please….
